Oliver and Matt's last night

Last night was the best meal of the trip by far. We ate at a restaurant called Salou, which is run by a couple who couldn't have been cuter. The wife runs the front of the restaurant and the husband is the chef. The ambience was modern but very comfortable, including a three person band (congas, acoustic guitar, and violin). Ceviche, prawns, steak, coconut flan, and homemade Nutella pastries were just a few of the things we ate. The best part was that Oliver paid for the dinner as a nice sendoff for my travels. I'm gonna miss you, Oliver. You're a great friend and you've been invaluable with respect to teaching me about how best to survive here in South America. Good luck back in the Chicago cold!!
